Nogales, Sonora, Mexico - - Rising Creighton junior Norah Sis started and had three kills to help the USA Volleyball Under-21 National Team to a lopsided 3-0 victory over Guatemala on Wednesday afternoon at the U21 Women's NORCECA Pan American Cup. The American side never trailed in its 25-8, 25-13, 25-14 victory.
The US owned a 34-21 advantage in kills, 12-2 edge in blocks and owned eight aces to Guatemala's three, needing just 61 minutes to earn the sweep.
"I liked that we were consistent, we didn't give up a lot of runs in a row and that we were able to get a lot of players in," said USA head coach Dan Fisher in a story posted on Norceca.
