CAYCE, S.C. -- The Creighton men's tennis team concluded its season with a 4-1 loss against fourth-seeded DePaul on Saturday morning during the 2019 BIG EAST Tennis Championship quarterfinal round at the Cayce Tennis and Fitness Center.
The Bluejays and Blue Demons started their match on Friday morning but play was suspended because of heavy rain. The two teams resumed and ended action on Saturday morning.
Creighton ended its season at 9-10.
The Bluejays started play on Friday by claiming the doubles point. and combined for a 6-1 victory at the top spot before and secured the first point of the match with a 6-3 win.
