TULSA, Okla. – Facing nationally-ranked competition, the Creighton men's tennis team fell 6-1 to No. 59 Tulsa on Saturday night at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center in Oklahoma.
The loss drops the Bluejays to 12-5 on the year, while the Golden Hurricane improved to 10-11 overall with the win.
Tulsa earned victories at the No. 1 and No. 3 doubles positions to secure the first point of the match.
The Golden Hurricane wapped up the overall dual win with victories at the top five singles positions to earn the 6-1 triumph.
Kirtan Patel earned Creighton's lone point of the night with a straight-sets win at the No.
