Omaha, Neb. -- Powered by a pair of impressive victories to open the 2022 season, the Creighton Men's Soccer team skyrocketed to No. 7 in the United Soccer Coaches Association Poll on Tuesday, Aug. 30.
This marks the first time since Nov. 4, 2018 that the Bluejays have been in the poll and the highest Creighton has been since Oct. 11, 2016 when Creighton was ranked sixth.
Creighton opened the 2022 schedule with a 6-0 win over Oakland (Aug. 25), a squad that reached the 2021 NCAA Tournament. Three days later the Bluejays downed Rutgers 6-1.
