OMAHA, Neb. – The Creighton Men's Basketball team added its second high-profile transfer in the last week as Texas Tech guard Richard "Pop" Isaacs signed to play with the Bluejays. Isaacs will have two years of eligibility remaining at CU.
Isaacs was a Third Team All-Big 12 selection and NABC All-District Second Team choice last season after leading Texas Tech with 15.8 points per game while starting all 34 games. He finished sixth in the Big 12 in overall scoring, and his 16.1 points per game in Big 12 play was fourth-most. The 6-foot-2 guard also led the Red Raiders with 73 three-pointers, including 13 games with three trifectas or more, and had 26 games of 10 points or more.
