OMAHA, Neb. -- The Creighton men's basketball team improved two spots to 17th in the Associated Press poll and two lines to 16th in the USA Today Coaches poll released on Monday. The Bluejays also remained No. 16 in the updated version of the NET and at No. 26 in the KPI.
It's the 14th time in 15 polls this season that Creighton has been included in both the AP and Coaches rankings.
Creighton went 1-1 last week, losing in overtime at Providence before winning at Xavier, to move to 17-7 overall and 8-5 in BIG EAST games.
