Omaha, Neb. -- Throughout the 2021-22 season Creighton women's basketball has been guided by sophomores Lauren Jensen, Morgan Maly and Emma Ronsiek. The trios efforts were rewarded on Thursday, March 3 as each Bluejay was recognized in the All-BIG EAST Postseason announced this morning.
Jensen was named the Co-Most Improved Player and earned a spot on the All-BIG EAST Second Team, while Maly earned the BIG EAST Sixth Woman Award. Ronsiek racked up her second consecutive postseason honor, earning a slot on the All-BIG EAST First Team.
After spending her freshman campaign at Iowa, Jensen transferred to Creighton for 2021-22 and more than quadrupled her minutes and increased her scoring by more than 11 points per game.
