OMAHA, Neb. -- Former Creighton men's tennis athlete Harrison Lang earned a spot on the 2017 CoSIDA Academic All-America Division I Men's At-Large Second Team as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), the organization announced on Thursday.
Lang is first men's tennis player in Creighton program history to receive CoSIDA Academic All-America recognition. He joins Jennie Hartjes (2015) as the second athlete from the Bluejay men's or women's tennis programs -- both under the direction of 20-year head coach Tom Lilly -- to be honored at the Academic All-America level.
