Palo Alto, Calif. -- Creighton Baseball forced to settle for a series win during its California trip as the Bluejays dropped the series finale at Stanford 6-3 on Monday, March 25.
The loss moved the Bluejays to 17-4 on the season, while Stanford climbed to 10-11.
Stanford reliever Trevor Moore picked up the win (2-0), limiting Creighton to one run on two hits over three innings, while Bluejay reliever took the loss (1-1). Trapp allowed one run on one hit in one-third of an inning.
Creighton returns to the diamond in another tough road series next weekend as the Bluejays travel to Charleston Southern.
