The Creighton men’s basketball team made their first appearance to the public in an exhibition game on Friday night before the regular season starts on Tuesday. The Bluejays ran away from McKendree 95-63 at CHI Health Center Omaha.
Christian Bishop led the Jays with 21 points and backup center Kelvin Jones had a double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds in the victory. Ty-Shon Alexander and Mitch Ballock were also in double-figures with 17 and 14 points respectively. The Bluejays open the regular season against Kennesaw State on Tuesday, November 5th.
