OMAHA, Neb. -- The Creighton men's soccer team is ranked 12th in this week's United Soccer Coaches Poll, the organization announced on Tuesday morning.
The Bluejays went 1-1 last week with a 1-0 double overtime loss against then-No. 5 Denver and a 3-1 win at St. John's on Saturday night. Creighton dropped four spots from last week's top-10 ranking. The Bluejays are 8-2-1 overall, including 4-0-0 during BIG EAST play.
Senior Sven Koenig continues to lead the BIG EAST and ranks 42nd nationally with six goals. Eight different Bluejays have scored at least one goal, and a total of four have multiple scores.
