Omaha, Neb. -- Creighton Baseball suffered its second shutout loss of the season as the Bluejays fell to Minnesota 3-0 on Saturday, March 25.
The loss moved Creighton to 9-8 on the season, while Minnesota climbed to 5-19.
The two squads engaged in a second straight pitchers duel as Minnesota's first hit came in the fourth inning. The Golden Gophers, however, plated two runs in the fourth and another in the seventh to earn the win. The two runs for the Gophers in the fourth came on an RBI ground out from Jake Larson as well as an RBI walk from Brady Jurgella.
