Conway, Ark. -- Despite a two home run day from junior catcher Michael Emodi, the Creighton Baseball team suffered a 7-6 defeat to Central Arkansas on Sunday, March 4.
The loss moved Creighton to 5-4 on the season, while Central Arkansas moved to 4-6. The Bears also claimed the series from the Bluejays with victories on Saturday and Sunday.
Creighton returns to the diamond on Tuesday, March 6 as the Bluejays travel to Pine Bluff, Arkansas to take on Arkansas-Pine Bluff. First pitch is set for 1:00 pm.
