Charleston, S.C. -- After surrendering an early 3-0 lead, first baseman blasted Creighton Baseball back in front as the Bluejays defeated Charleston 8-6 in the opening game of the three-game series on Friday, February 28.
The victory moved the Bluejays to 4-3 on the season, while Charleston fell to 6-3.
Creighton bounced out to a 3-0 in the top of the first, doing all the damage after two men were out. got things going, then MacLean worked a walk and was hit by a pitch to load the bases. cashed in the opportunity with a three-run double off the left-center field wall.
