KANSAS CITY, Mo. – For the second time in her career, Creighton sophomore Aida Kardovic was named to the United Soccer Coaches Association All-East Region Second Team on Wednesday, December 7.
Earning her second All-East Region honor, Kardovic is just the second Bluejays to earn multiple United Soccer Coaches Association All-Region honors, joining Lulu Quigley's Third Team All-East Region honors in 2002 and 2003.
The Kassel, Germany native appeared in 14 matches for Creighton this season, logging a combined 965 minutes. Kardovic found the back of the net twice, while ranking tied for second on the team with three assists this season.
