OMAHA, Neb. -- The 20th-ranked and 14th seeded Creighton Volleyball team had its season come to an abrupt end in the Second Round of the 2021 NCAA Tournament, falling 3-1 to Kansas before a sellout crowd of 2,389 at D.J. Sokol Arena on Friday, Dec. 3.
Scores in favor of the visiting Jayhawks were 25-13, 26-24, 19-25, 25-22, who improved to 9-3 all-time against Creighton and advanced to the program's third Sweet 16 ever.
