LINCOLN, Neb. -- The No. 18 Creighton Volleyball team lost a 3-0 decision against No. 20 Baylor on Saturday to wrap up play at the Husker Invitational in Lincoln.
Scores of the match were 25-20, 25-20, 25-20.
Baylor (2-0) won a tight first set that featured 15 ties and six lead changes. Creighton took a 17-16 lead after consecutive points to snap a streak of 12 straight sideouts between the nationally-ranked clubs. Baylor took a 19-18 lead before Jaela Zimmerman answered with a kill to knot the score. The rest of the set would be all Baylor, as the Bears ripped off a 6-1 run that featured four kills from All-American Yossiana Pressley.
