Creighton (15-4, 6-2 BIG EAST) moved into a tie for third place with the 25-21, 25-18, 25-14 victory, while Villanova fell to 12-8 (3-5 BIG EAST) on the season.
Bichelmeyer notched 11 kills on .500 hitting while Reinhardt had nine kills and a career-best six digs on .571 hitting for the Bluejays.
Creighton will play its next four matches on the road, starting with Friday's 5 p.m. Central match at Connecticut.
