OMAHA, Neb. – Ava Martin had 12 kills on 30 errorless swings while Kendra Wait dished out 36 assists and collected 10 digs to record her D.J. Sokol Arena record 23rd career double-double as No. 12 Creighton Volleyball swept Missouri on Saturday at the Bluejay Invitational. The 25-21, 25-23 25-18 victory improves Creighton to 2-0 and sets up a title match on Sunday against Drake at 2:30 p.m.
Play at the Bluejays Invitational concludes on Sunday. NC State, which took down Drake, 3-1, in Saturday's lid-lifter, meets Missouri at Noon with each team entering the match with a 1-1 record.
