The Aggie roster has taken a hit just one week into the offseason. Today, sophomore tight end Bryce Roberts announced via Twitter that he is entering the transfer pool.
To me, Roberts was an underutilized player. He always seemed to be open (especially in the red zone) and was ironically kind of forgotten about in a pass happy team.
Hailing from Yukon, Oklahoma, Roberts played in all 13 games last year as a freshman hauling in nine catches for 73 yards and three touchdowns. This year, however, he only had 10 catches for 76 yards and one touchdown.
