The 2017 Sun Belt Champion Appalachian State Mountaineers will battle the MAC Champion Toledo Rockets in the 2017 Dollar General Bowl in Mobile on December 23rd.
Last year App State and Toledo had a great game in the Camellia Bowl that saw App State edge out Kareem Hunt and the Rockets 31-28.
Appalachian State will travel well to Mobile so expect to see alot of Black & Gold on December 23rd. Appalachian will ride into this matchup after a stomping of the Cajuns this past Saturday. Toledo is coming in off of a dominating win over the Zips of Akron.
