The rain held off. The stadium was PACKED. The Columbus Crew squashed the Chicago Fire with a fitting 2-0 score. And wise people sang that only fools rush in, but they couldn’t help falling in love with Crew.
It was a fitting ending, and a beautiful sendoff to the old girl.
