This game will count more in the standings, as Toronto and Columbus Crew SC are desperately searching for points to climb into playoff position. TFC is tied for the last spot while the Crew are seven points behind.
Columbus has at least a point in five straight games as they attempt to salvage their season. With eight games left, the Black & Gold have a mountain to climb and three teams to pass to get above the red line.
