Columbus Crew SC announced on Tuesday that the re-signed forward Adam Jahn. The striker, who joined the Black & Gold in a midseason trade with the San Jose Earthquakes, made 12 appearances for Crew SC in 2016, scoring five goals.
Those five goals were a new career best for Jahn who came to Columbus with just six finishes in 62 Major League Soccer appearances.
“We are pleased to have re-signed Adam and are proud of his efforts since arriving to Columbus this summer,” head coach and sporting director Gregg Berhalter said in the press release. “He has had a positive impact both on and off the field.
