We are in the middle of the bye week for the Columbus Blue Jackets, so now is as good a time as any to look ahead and see how things stack up. Immediately following the scheduled break is a date with the Dallas Stars on Thursday, Jan. 18. In fact, things are pretty light here on out the rest of the month.

Jackets will visit Sin City for the first time (as a team, anyway) and see first-hand what is making former Blue Jackets coach, Gerrard Gallant, forward William Karlsson, and the rest of the Vegas Golden Knights tick.
