As of last night it’s been reported by TSN.ca that NHL teams around the league are kicking the tires on Ryan Johansen. This shouldn’t come as much as surprise as Johansen is a player that most teams should covet. He’s a young player, a NHL All-Star, and finishing up a relatively cheap contract. Even if most teams aren’t serious about trying to acquire Johansen, it’s always beneficial to know the price of what’s out there.
Many fans feel a trade is imminent and Ryan Johansen is unhappy, citing the supposed rift between coach Tortorella and Ryan Johansen.
