A bit of a different feel in the broadcast tonight with John Davidson filling in with Jody calling the Amazon game tonight. He’s an established veteran broadcaster but it’s strange after so many years in the front office. Elvis gets a tough test in his return to the crease after some time away with a hand injury.
First Period
Did not take long for the action to start in this one. Ninety seconds in Elvis played the puck from behind his net but collided with an out of control Viktor Arvidsson. A stare down from Elvis afterwards, but no injuries and Columbus gets an early PP.
