Game #7 Recap: Blue Jackets once again lose to the Death Star

In Columbus Blue Jackets franchise history, they have won at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville just 9 times. In the past, it was referred to as our “Death Star.” Despite a valiant effort and a couple of leads, that tenth win will have to wait until next season.

First Period

The Predators certainly looked like a team that had played the night before in a different city. But what excuse did the Blue Jackets have for starting slow? Too much rust? It was a mostly low event period, but the best chances came from the home team.
