The year of Trey-Fix continues. Last week the Columbus Blue Jackets prospect continued his domination of the WHL with three goals and two assist in three games for the Edmonton Oil Kings. His 15 points in eight games is good for second in the Western League.
The captain is leading his team on the scoresheet and pushing the squad up in the standings. The Oil Kings, after finishing last in the Central Division for two years in a row, are atop the division.
Elsewhere in the CHL, Liam Foudy is settling in for the London Knights. He scored two goals in London’s Friday night win over the Owen Sound Attack.
