Paul Bittner has been struggling to find his way to the Columbus Blue Jackets roster, he seemed like a lock for the NHL within a few years with his WHL performance. Since then he’s been stuck seemingly in limbo with the Cleveland Monsters.
He’s only put up a total of 32 points in 100 AHL games, however as of late he’s been on a roll. Oliver Bjorkstrand‘s former linemate in the WHL has put up 11 points in 15 games to start the season.
Having Paul Bittner back to his former self could be huge for the Blue Jackets, he plays a fairly similar game to Josh Anderson.
