COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Blue Jackets will host a press conference with recently-acquired forwards Brandon Saad and Gregory Campbell at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Nationwide Arena. This will be the first media appearance in Columbus for the two players, who joined the organization earlier this month.
Saad, 22, was acquired in a seven-player trade with the Chicago Blackhawks on June 30. The two-time Stanley Cup champion (2013, 2015) and Pittsburgh native signed a six-year contract with the Blue Jackets on July 3, tying him to the club through the 2020-21 season.
