Though he isn't the biggest player on the ice, Beauvillier oozes skill. He finished eighth in QMJHL scoring last season, which also saw him captain Team Cherry at the CHL Top Prospects game. His leadership abilities are evident, and he's a puck hawk- very tenacious on the ice.
Every team likes to add pure scorers at the draft, and given the success smaller, skilled forwards are having in the NHL this year, it's a good bet that Beauvillier will go fairly high.
