Rashard Higgins came to college with confidence, despite the fact he was overlooked by most schools in the recruiting process. Now, the Colorado State standout will carry the same motivation into the NFL.

Despite a record-setting career for the Rams that saw him become a Biletnikoff Award finalist as a sophomore, the 6-foot-1, 195-pounder from Dallas waited while 18 other wideouts were selected before him, going with the 172nd selection overall in the fifth round to the Cleveland Browns.

For the third year in a row, multiple Rams were selected, as linebacker Cory James was chosen in the sixth round by the Oakland Raiders with the 194th overall pick.
