What went right — Colorado State's defense played well again, save for two big passing plays by Colorado quarterback Sefo Liufau. CSU out-gained CU in the game, Dalyn Dawkins rushed for 118 and a TD, Rashard Higgins helped Nick Stevens bounce back, the wideout catching eight balls for 125 yards, Stevens throwing for 282 and a score.
What went wrong — For a third straight week, CSU lost the turnover battle, giving up two without producing one. Worse yet, CU's Kenneth Olugbode turned one into a 60-yard pick-six that helped set up the loss.
