ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. —

Colorado State football coach Mike Bobo has agreed to a three-year contract extension, one that comes with a raise for him and his support staff, the university announced Thursday.

Bobo was unavailable for comment as the Rams have no media obligations at the New Mexico Bowl during the day.

The extension will keep Bobo with the program through the 2022 season and comes with a raise of $150,000 next season, bumping his annual salary to $1.8 million. Like his previous contract, he will receive an annual raise of $100,000 to his base salary each, bringing his final total to $2.
