Colorado State women's basketball had no answer for Riley Lupfer and the rest of Boise State on Wednesday night as the Rams fell to the Broncos 70-57, marking their seventh consecutive loss.
Following a consistent theme in the skid, CSU fell behind early as the Broncos jumped out to an 18-10 lead after one quarter. The lead grew to 11 at halftime before the Rams found some offensive traction in the third stanza. They tallied 20 points in the frame but were unable to carry the momentum to the other end of the court, surrendering 26 to the hosts to essentially put the game out of reach.
