Lorenzo Jenkins announced via Twitter on Wednesday night that he is leaving Colorado State's men's basketball program.
"I would like to thank my coaches and administration at Colorado State University for an incredible opportunity," Jenkins wrote on Twitter. "It's been an honor to represent this school and community playing the game I love. I've made the decision to continue my career at another school, but the degree I've earned and the bonds formed between my brothers on the team will stay with me forever."
In 11 games played this season, Jenkins averaged 7.1 points, including a season-high 17 points against Louisiana-Lafayette.
