Jamie Bryant in as special teams coordinator completes CSU football’s coaching staff

Welcome Jamie Bryant, Ram Nation.

Bryant was hired on Wednesday morning by Colorado State Rams football and brought into Fort Collins by head coach Mike Bobo to be the green and gold’s newest special teams coordinator.

Bryant takes over for Jeff Hammerschmidt, who coached the special teams unit the last four seasons in Fort Fun. Hammerschmidt was hired away by the New York Jets of the NFL earlier in the month, which is a loss because he had that phase of the game excelling in 2014 and 2015.

Now it’s Bryant’s turn.

I’m excited to announceJamie Bryant as the newest member to our coaching staff,” Bobo said in a press release.
