SAN JOSE, Calif. — The Colorado State women's basketball team is in a familiar place once again in the Mountain West.
The Rams moved into a tie for first in the conference with Wyoming after a 68-56 win at San Jose State on Wednesday.
Senior guard Ellen Nystrom nearly recorded her second-career triple-double, leading the Rams (15-5, 7-1 MW) with 17 points, 15 rebounds and nine assists. Nystrom is the only player in CSU basketball history — men's or women's — to record a triple-double when she had 11 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists against SJSU as a freshman.
