FORT COLLINS — When you think about the unmatched success the Colorado State women's basketball team has had in the Mountain West over the past five seasons, names like Ryun Williams, Ellen Nystrom and Gritt Ryder quickly come to mind.
And rightfully so.
Those three were recognized as the coach or player of the year in the conference a combined five times during the program's unprecedented run of four straight regular season titles.
But in order to reach that level of consistency, it takes lot more than a great coach and a couple of star players.
