Sofie Tryggedsson isn't the only member of the Colorado State women's basketball team who has decided to leave the program with eligibility still left.
After playing in all 33 games this past season as a junior, starting 24 and averaging 6.1 points a game, Tryggedsson announced last week that it was time for her to "try new things." Coach Ryun Williams confirmed Tuesday four other Rams have asked for and been granted their release to transfer: guards Jordyn Edwards, Nathalie Linden and Callie Kaiser and 6-foot-5 center Anna Dreimane.
"Obviously kids want to play, and you could sense with some of those kids that might be something that would happen after the season," Williams said.
