FORT COLLINS — The Colorado State women's basketball team is confident it can make a run in the conference tournament in a couple weeks. But first, the Rams needed a little momentum.
Led by Annie Brady's career-high 21 points and 10 rebounds, the Rams snapped a two-game skid with a 75-64 win over Nevada in their regular season home finale on Saturday at Moby Arena.
The victory wasn't just a confidence booster, either. It also likely locked up a first-round bye in the Mountain West tournament for the Rams, (19-9, 11-6 MW) who entered the day 1.
