Grace Colaivalu's game-tying layup in the final seconds capped a dominant fourth quarter for Colorado State women's basketball to send the Rams to overtime in search of an upset over Boise State. It wasn't enough, though, as the Broncos controlled the extra period to defeat the hosts 72-63.
Trailing by 11 entering the final frame, the Rams put 19 on the board and stiffened their defense to force overtime. Despite scoring the opening points of overtime, the Rams lost their touch and Boise State pulled away.
Three Rams reached double-figures, led by Mollie Mounsey's 17 points in all 45 minutes of action.
