FORT COLLINS — With not much of a break in between, Colorado State went right to work Saturday morning. After dropping a five-setter to No. 12 Illinois on Friday night at Moby Arena, the No. 25 Rams bounced back with a clean sweep of UNC Wilmington, 25-18, 25-18, 25-18.
Paulina Hougaard-Jensen and Sasha Colombo both hit .467 in the match, with Hougaard-Jensen leading the team with 10 kills, Colombo's swings producing nine. Middle Kirstie Hillyer also had nine kills, while Jessica Jackson dropped seven as the Rams evened their season record.
