FORT COLLINS — Four weeks ago, Colorado State basketball made a trip north to Laramie, Wyo., and came away with a hard-fought five-point win over the rival Cowboys — an impressive victory in a notoriously tough place to play under usually difficult circumstances (the Rams were called for 34 fouls).
The program has steadily fell into chaos ever since.
Injuries, losses, an ongoing investigation of head coach Larry Eustachy (his second in four years), two top coaches put on administrative leave, the loss of a four-star recruit and a boycotted practice.
