Colorado State basketball picked up help in a position of need Saturday when Dischon Thomas announced his commitment to the Rams.
A 6-foot-9 forward from Hillcrest Prep in Phoenix, Arizona, Thomas initially committed to Nevada in October 2017 before decommitting from the program in August 2018. In the midst of his senior season, Thomas is averaging 15.4 points and 11.1 rebounds for a Hillcrest Prep team which sits 31-4 on the season.
Thomas is set to join an incoming class that includes guard Isaiah Stevens and forwards David Roddy and James Moors. He figures to add to a relatively thin front court bolstered by Nico Carvacho.
