FORT COLLINS — The playful smile came easily to Joe Parker's face before answering the question, and for the right response, the Colorado State athletic director tapped into the quotesheet of the men and women who lead his athletic programs.
"We're just trying to get incrementally better every day," Parker said, with a laugh during an event Aug. 23.
He knew an announcement was in the works about the purchase of the field club's naming rights at the new on-campus stadium by Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies. The announcement came Monday, with an undisclosed sum coming to the university for those rights.
