Combo guard Raquan Mitchell to join CSU basketball next season

Larry Eustachy and Colorado State men’s basketball added to their talent pool for the future Tuesday when they officially announced the signing of guard Raquan Mitchell to a National Letter of Intent.

The 6-foot-3 guard out of Homestead, Florida starred at Miami Southridge High School where he became a three-star recruit. In two seasons for the Spartans, he averaged 22 points and five assists. Mitchell earned Florida Association of Basketball Coaches/Source Hoops Class 8A All-State third team and Miami Herald All-Dade honors.

Mitchell began his collegiate journey at Memphis before leaving the program in December of 2015.
