Colorado State's Gian Clavell arrested for false imprisonment

FORT COLLINS — For the second time in the past 16 months, Colorado State men's basketball player Gian Clavell has been arrested by the CSU Police Department and charged with false imprisonment with a domestic violence enhancement,

Clavell was first arrested July 16, 2015 and charged with harassment and false imprisonment, both domestic violence charges, after an incident involving a female student. The chargers were dropped a month later and Clavell rejoined the team after serving an indefinite suspension.

The team announced Thursday that Clavell has again been suspended indefinitely after getting arrested Wednesday for false imprisonment with a domestic violence enhancement.
