FORT COLLINS — Bubbles, by definition, are rather fragile. The one surrounding Colorado State volleyball is pretty stout.
Colorado State volleyball's team was looking at match point — season point, really — in the fourth set Tuesday night against rival Wyoming, which had just seemingly picked up a kill from Reed Copeland off a slide for a 25-23 victory, one that would have given the Cowgirls a season sweep of the Rams and a four-set victory.
Cassidy Denny, the lone senior on the team playing in her final home match, was in no mood for the shenanigans, knowing in her heart teammate Sanja Cizmic had floored a kill earlier in the point play.
